Construction of Phalodi – Pachpadara Road (Mega highway P.R.1) in Rajasthan

Client: RIDCOR (Road Infrastructure Company of Rajasthan)

Cost: Rs. 125.00 Crores.

The work Comprises Construction of 2 Lanes carriageway with paved shoulders in a length of 152 Kms. The work was awarded in Jan. 2006 & the stipulated date of completion was 16.04.2007 but the work was completed ahead of Schedule in March, 07 & Bonus was awarded for an early completion. Received bonus of Rs. 3.00 Crores.

Four Laning of Indore Ujjain Road Km. 0/0 to 52/0 (BOT Project) in M.P

Client: MPRDC

Consultant: M/s Mahakaleshwar Tollways P. Ltd. (A joint Venture of Srei Finance, Galfar Contracting and Engineering Oman & Varaha construction Company, Jodhpur)

Cost: 170.49 Crores.

M/s Varaha Infra Ltd. is associated with this work in two ways. Firstly, it is the member in the SPV under the name of its mother company M/s Varaha Const. Co.. Secondly, it is the EPC Contractor under the name of M/s Varaha Infra Ltd. It is a 49 Km. Four Laning Project on BOT basis. The total Commercial Toll Time Period for this project is 25 Years. It is having 46 Km. of Flexible Pavement and 3 Km. of Rigid Pavement. Major Structure involves Two Major Bridges One at Shipra River (6 Span of 30.50, 20 Mtr. Height) and Second at Khan River (4 Span of 20 Mtr.). Achievement: Completed 8 months before the Schedule date i.e. May 2011

Strengthening and Development of Jodhpur - Pali Road & Jodhpur – Barmer Road to 6 Lane Carriageway.

Client: RSRDC (Rajasthan state Road Development Corporation)

Cost: 57.00 Crores

The Project was to develop the roads of Jodhpur city leading to Barmer (NH-114) & to Pali (NH-65) in 6 Lane carriageways with median in 10 Km. Length with in allotted period of 8 months but the work was completed in a period of 6½ months.

Widening & Strengthening of NH 112 & NH 114.

The work comprises of laying Bituminous Macadam as Strengthening layer followed by Semi dense Bituminous Concrete. The company is Specialized & has Expertise in executing such type of works and NH works are being completed by the Company in 1/3 time of the stipulated period.

Construction of Roads Under MPRRDA unit Mandsaur (M.P.)

The scope of Project was to construct 180 Kms. Bituminous Road, 22 Km. of Rigid Pavement Road and 463 C.D. Structure in a period of One Year i.e. from 01.07.2007 to 30.07.2008. But, the work was completed in the month of June, 2008 which itself is record in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Four Laning of Jawara Nayaganv Km. 173/0 to197/0 and SH 31 (BOT Project) in M.P

The work involved CD structures and Road works coming under the entire 24 Km. Work was done prior to its date of completion Among the all Big company working in the 250 km. stretch like B. Snehia, Back Bone and PNC. Varaha Infra was to first to complete the work before time and the toll also was established months before schedule
